  AT JNB WATERPROOFING INDUSTRIES (PTY) LTD WE PROVIDE ROOF WATERPROOFING SOLUTIONS PERFORMED WITH A LIQUID FORM OF RUBBER (BETTER KNOWN AS LIQUID RUBBER WATERPROOFING SEALANT) AT AN INDUSTRY LOW PRICE OF ONLY R60.00 PER SQUARE METER FOR RESIDENTIAL ROOFS AND R65.00 PER SQUARE METER FOR COMMERCIAL ROOFS.
  
  Our Liquid rubber waterproofing services are done by using a rubber sealer in a paint like form when being applied on a roof but, as it dries out, it hardens, and becomes a hard, durable waterproofing sealant that seals the roof, providing protection to the roof.
  
  Not only does liquid rubber offer extraordinary protection against any leaks, but in it's durable hard dried form it protects roof tiles and metal roof sheets (sink) against damage caused by water such as rust. It protects provides protection against the harmful effects the sun's UV rays have on the tiles and metal sheeting, expanding the lifespan thereof.
  
  The waterproofing service we offer includes minor repairs* required to be done to ensure all sheets or tiles are secured. After doing repairs required we individually seal each repaired area by hand before the application of the liquid rubber sealant in done on to it, providing double the protection.
  
  With your choice of 16 different colors to choose from, to match the exterior look of your property, the waterproofing service we offer not only provides the protection you require but an overall new look to the property.
  
  We also provide waterproofing and fire retardant solutions for thatch roofs by using liquid rubber in a clear base, to keep the natural look and feel to it.
