I specialize in Personal Training for Ladies in their own homes or the outdoors. This allows my clients to enjoy the comfort and security of training in a non competitive, familiar environment. My clients will save precious time and money by not having to travel to and from the gym and avoid paying exorbitant monthly gym membership fees. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for many years and am myself a competitive and goal orientated woman. I have been a provincial Swimmer, Golfer, Duathlete and Triathlete. I have traveled extensively and am a mother of two beautiful daughters, aged 17 and 26. It is our duty to look after our bodies, not only for ourselves but for God, our husbands and our families. - I have instructed Spinning, Body conditioning, Aqua Aerobics and Boot Camp classes. - I am confident with most gym equipment but if you have anything very old or very new I may have to do some extra research.
