I offer therapeutic massage, Reflexology and Life Alignment Technique. My massage is directed at relieving pain and tension. I use hot stones and work deeply, but intuitively. Life Alignment is a holistic form of energy-work and emotional processing that releases old issues and allow healing to take place at a profound level.I have studied Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Naturopathy, Shiatsu, Herbalism, Tui Na and Life Alignment Technique, as well as basic crisis counselling.I am available for corporate massage as well.Should I be unable to help you myself, I'd be most happy to refer you to another practitioner more suited to your needs or your schedule.
