This boutique property is nestled between the cool Southern facing slope of the Limiet mountain range and the edge of the Botriver lagoon. Visitors can spot majestic Fish Eagles as they soar over the farm as king of the sky. Its distinctive cry is, for many, evocative of the spirit or essence of Africa. Rivendell produce an exclusive range of superb wines consisting of Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and a dry Rose. With 4.35ha under vine, the focus is placed on small quantities and superb quality.The Mediterranean-style Bistro, open daily for breakfast and lunch, as well as Friday evenings for dinner by arrangement, boasts an intimate venue for smaller events and focus on serving fresh local produce. The function and Conference venue can accommodate 100pax inside and larger functions in bedouin-style tents. Picnics are available for adults and children on bookings only.
