  The Child Time Development Center is a Johannesburg-based organization, founded by Miss C. Pahla in 2010, from her own experiences of being a working mother who was hardly ever around during the day out working, leaving the child behind in the care of close relatives. We are an established and a running organization from our love for kids. And our love for kids has been natural as we have come together as mothers with the knowledge and experience of caring for kids. Our mission is to strengthen families by providing high quality, affordable care and education for their children. Our highest priority is to help children from all backgrounds gain the skills they need to succeed in school while under supervision of our shared community values of cooperation and respect for one another. We have grown minding 10 kids to over 40 kids within our 6 years of operating, and that came with trust from the parents who understood our mission and vision for what we do. The Child Time Development Care Center is dedicated to the welfare and care of the infant, toddler and preschool age child who needs full day care away from home. By understanding our children, we've striven to provide an emotionally secure and physically safe atmosphere in a home away from home environment. Our Objectives -Providing for the care and well-being of the children in our care -Encouraging the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of each child -Increasing each child's awareness of self, others and the world in which (s)he lives -Creating a positive climate and environment in which children, parents and staff can work, learn and grow together.
